Job Details

As the Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded, using data to guide discussions and decisions.

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor account performance, identify trends, and develop strategies for optimization.

  • Track and report on key account metrics, providing insights into customer behavior, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver solutions that address client needs and objectives.

  • Conduct regular account reviews, presenting actionable insights, trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

  • Work with clients to ensure that they are fully utilizing Vagon's products and services to maximize value, using data to guide onboarding and ongoing support.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.

  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot or CRM is a plus.
